At Eid Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
